Company Service Management Settings

Overview

The "Company Service Management Settings" allow you to configure and manage various aspects of services associated with different companies within the Service Management module.

Fields

1. Company Field

• Purpose: Select the company associated with the service.

• Instructions:

  • Click on the "Company" field.
  • Choose the company from the list of available options.
  • This field is required and must be unique.
  • Example: Select "ABC Corporation" from the list.

2. Use Service Parts Entry instead of Stock Entry

• Purpose: Choose the type of entry for service parts.

• Instructions:

  • Check the box if you want to use "Service Parts Entry" instead of "Stock Entry".
  • Example: Check the box for "Use Service Parts Entry".

Usage

1. Navigate to the "Service Management" module.
2. Select "Company Service Management Settings" from the list.
3. Update the "Company" field with the appropriate company.
4. Check the "Use Service Parts Entry" box if needed.
5. Save your changes.

Notes

• Ensure the "Company" field is correctly filled as it is required and must be unique.
• The "Use Service Parts Entry" option allows for a specific method of entry to be selected for service parts.
